Delivery To Remote Locations
If your mail/packages is delivered from Township by barge to your location or by small plane to an Island then you must only choose the Express option. 
 

Dispatch Tracking
You'll receive Delivery Email showing how your items were sent & also a Link to track your delivery online.  
It's customers responsibility to notify us or Delivery Company immediately if not delivered by the ETA, or if tracking scan shows delivered but you haven't received it, or if tracking scan shows any other issue/delay.
 


Timeframes within Australia
Our website provides Estimated Timeframes with every Delivery Option offered to you, determined by Delivery Location.  All ETA's (Estimated Time of Arrival) quoted on our Website are completely outside of our control. They are provided by 3rd party Delivery Companies as guidelines based on their own experience & reasonable expectations, however they don't provide any money-back guarantee unfortunately.  It's customers responsibility to allow enough grace time for possible unexpected delay. Please choose your delivery option carefully as it's non-refundable and not the responsibility of Parties In Packages if parcel does not arrive in time for your party.

Our Website is Linked to Stock Warehouse Levels so it won't allow you to purchase higher quantitiy than what stock warehouse level shows available.
